Common questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can use Breeze free for 14 days. The free trial is not limited in any way and you can try out all the features. After 14 days you need to enter your payment details to continue using Breeze. You can use any major credit card and PayPal to start a subscription.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. We don't believe in long-term contracts. If your situation changes, just close your Breeze account and you won't be billed again. You simply pay month-to-month or you can choose the annual billing option. With annual billing, you only have to pay once a year which makes expenses reporting much easier.
Can I change the number of users?
Yes. You can add and remove users at any time. The billing is automatically prorated and you'll only pay for the time you used Breeze.
What if we need a longer trial?
We are happy to extend and reset your trial. Just drop us an email at support@breeze.pm and we'll extend your trial.
Is Breeze secure?
Yes. The platform is designed for stability, scaling, and inherently mitigates common issues that lead to outages while maintaining recovery capabilities. Our platform maintains redundancy to prevent single points of failure, can replace failed components, and utilizes multiple data centers designed for resiliency. The platform we use automatically restores applications and databases in the case of an outage. The data center operations have been accredited under ISO 27001, SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402, Sarbanes-Oxley, FISMA, PCI Level 1.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can download all your projects in HTML and JSON format. The HTML export contains all your tasks, list, to-dos, discussions, estimates, files etc. You can open the HTML export on your computer using a web browser.
Can I pay by bank transfer and invoice?
Invoiced based billing is available for annual subscriptions. Please contact us at support@breeze.pm for details.
Do you have a plan for a single user?
We have a Solo plan for $14/month. It includes 1 user and also has all the features - unlimited projects, unlimited client users, reporting, calendars, etc.
What if I have more than 60 users?
Yes. If you have more than 60 users then please send us an email at support@breeze.pm
Will I be charged sales tax, VAT, or GST?
The sales tax, VAT, or GST will be automatically added to the price based on your physical location. Tax rates differ by country, and customers in some locations can enter their VAT IDs to exempt the tax. Most of the time we don't have to collect these taxes.
Will Breeze work with my computer?
Breeze is a web-based application, it works with all computers and only requires an internet connection. Breeze works with the latest versions of Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
Is there an on-site version of Breeze?
No. We don't have an on-site version of Breeze. As a web-based application we are able to commit to keeping Breeze secure and updated with all the latest features.
