You can use Breeze free for 14 days. The free trial is not limited in any way and you can try out all the features. After 14 days you need to enter your payment details to continue using Breeze. You can use any major credit card and PayPal to start a subscription.
Yes. We don't believe in long-term contracts. If your situation changes, just close your Breeze account and you won't be billed again. You simply pay month-to-month or you can choose the annual billing option. With annual billing, you only have to pay once a year which makes expenses reporting much easier.
Yes. You can add and remove users at any time. The billing is automatically prorated and you'll only pay for the time you used Breeze.

Yes. You can download all your projects in HTML and JSON format. The HTML export contains all your tasks, list, to-dos, discussions, estimates, files etc. You can open the HTML export on your computer using a web browser.

The sales tax, VAT, or GST will be automatically added to the price based on your physical location. Tax rates differ by country, and customers in some locations can enter their VAT IDs to exempt the tax. Most of the time we don't have to collect these taxes.
Breeze is a web-based application, it works with all computers and only requires an internet connection. Breeze works with the latest versions of Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
