  1. 1Is Breeze secure?

    The platform is designed for stability, scaling, and inherently mitigates common issues that lead to outages while maintaining recovery capabilities. Our platform maintains redundancy to prevent single points of failure, is able to replace failed components, and utilizes multiple data centers designed for resiliency. The platform we use automatically restores applications and databases in the case of an outage. The data center operations have been accredited under ISO 27001, SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402, Sarbanes-Oxley, FISMA, PCI Level 1. Please take a look at our security page for more information.

  2. 2Can I export my data?

    You can cancel any time and take all your data with you. You can download all your projects in HTML and JSON format. You can find the export option under each project settings.

  3. 3What web browsers does Breeze support?

    Breeze works with the latest versions of Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer (11+).

  4. 4Why are my subscription invoices from FastSpring?

    Our billing provider automatically detects the country you are in by your IP address. For European customers, the EU requires us to charge VAT to downloadable purchases by non-business consumers located in the EU. Business customers are able to waive VAT charges by providing a valid VAT ID at time of purchase. If you are not actually located in the EU then you can change the country by click on the little flag on the top right corner and VAT will be removed from the price.

  5. 5Can I pay with PayPal?

    Yes, you can use your PayPal account to subscribe to Breeze.

  6. 6Why is VAT added to my price?

  7. 7What happens if I miss a payment?

    You will get an email about failed credit card transactions. After ten days your account will be locked and you can only update your credit card information, your data will not be deleted.

  8. 8What's the maximum file size I can upload?

    If you are uploading files directly from your computer then the limit for one file is 500MB. There are no limits when linking files from Dropbox or Google Drive.

  9. 9Can I transfer the account ownership?

    Yes, go to the account page and you'll find a "Transfer account ownership" link at the bottom. The page is only visible to the current account owner.

  10. 10Do you have a mobile app?

    Yes, we have an iPhone app, available on the App Store, and an Android app, get it on Google Play. You can access all your projects, read and leave feedback, review and complete todos, assign tasks, log time and more.

  11. 11Can I create a Gantt chart?

    Yes. We have a separate app for creating Gantt charts. You can find it at https://www.ganttile.com, just sign in with Breeze username and password. All your projects and tasks are there and are also synced back to Breeze.
