Open any email in Gmail and instantly see the Breeze task connected to it. Update Breeze task description and name directly in Gmail. Follow the link to view the task in Breeze.

Setting up the Breeze for Gmail integration

  1. Sign in to Gmail.
  2. Install the Breeze for Gmail add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
  3. Open Gmail and open one email message
  4. Click on the Breeze icon on the right-hand panel.
  5. You'll be asked to authorize Breeze to use Gmail and then you can sign in to Breeze.
  6. After you have completed the sign in you can start creating and linking tasks.
