Invite people using an opt-in link

A simpler and easier way to add people to your team and projects is to use an opt-in link. That way you don't have to type out all the emails.

You can just send a link to everybody and they'll be automatically added to your team and projects.

When somebody opens the link and they don't have an account in Breeze then they can create the account right there. After that, they'll be automatically added to your team or project.

Invite people to your team

To invite people to your team using an opt-in link:

1. Open the team management page https://app.breeze.pm/people.
2. Click on the "Add people" button.
3. Click on the "Share a link" tab on the navigation tab.
4. Click on the "Enable opt-in link" radio button to enable the link for your team.
5. Click on the "Copy" button to copy the link.

You can now share the link with anyone you wish to add to your team.

Invite people to projects

You can also invite people to single projects using the opt-in link. This is very useful when you're starting a new project and you have a lot of people to invite.

To invite people to a project using the opt-in link:

1. Open the project you wish to invite people.
2. Click on the 3-dot menu on the top left corner.
3. Click on the "Invite more people" link.
4. In the modal window click on the "Share a link" tab.
5. Click on the "Enable opt-in link" radio button to enable the link for the project.
6. Click on the "Copy" button to copy the link.

Share the link with other people to add them to the project.
